It is not often that you feel that a 5-star rating is insufficient. Mike and Dea bring a personal, caring touch to helping you find your dream home. We had limited time, and they made themselves available for every inspection and gave sage advice. But it went beyond that, where they took the time to understand our particular needs and help us translate that into an appreciation of which properties would work and those that would fall short. When we found a couple of places that met our requirements, they helped us refine our vision. Then came the negotiations and there they excelled as well. Getting contracts, deposit and the building report sorted ahead of time, so we could move quickly should we reach agreement with a vendor. And this is exactly what happened. Suddenly we had a verbal agreement with a vendor and knew other parties were interested, so time was of the essence. Their thorough knowledge of the mechanics and intricacies of property conveyancing guided us to a contract exchange within an hour of reaching an agreement on price. Mike and Dea took the stress out of the entire process. I could not speak more highly of them and would not hesitate to recommend them.
